Why is the hourly rate for construction companies relatively high? When considering hourly rates, it's crucial to understand the comprehensive costs involved in running a construction business. Beyond direct wages, expenses encompass insurance, benefits, equipment, tools, and administrative necessities. Hiring skilled workers incurs additional costs, including Work Safe BC, insurance, and various contributions. The intricacies of business operations, such as licensing, software, taxes, and more, further contribute to the hourly rate. In essence, the charges reflect the holistic financial demands of maintaining a sustainable construction enterprise. We strive to maintain low overhead costs by foregoing the need for a physical office, company trucks, and opting for the efficiency of outsourcing virtual assistant services. This allows us to focus resources directly on delivering quality construction services, providing value to our clients without unnecessary expenses

This approach minimizes waste and significantly reduces the environmental impact of construction. Material Salvaging: Our team actively salvages materials from deconstructed sites, repurposing them whenever possible of donating them. This not only reduces the demand for new resources but also contributes to a circular economy by giving a second life to building materials.
